4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Where We Store Your Data
- Free Users: All pet data is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to your pet's health records. Data remains on your phone and is not transmitted to our servers.
- Premium Users: Data is synchronized to our secure cloud servers to enable access across multiple devices. You can disable cloud sync at any time in the app settings.
- Server Location: Cloud servers (provider to be specified before launch)
- Your Control: You can export your data at any time or delete your account to permanently remove all cloud data.
🔒 Free Users Privacy: If you use the free version, your pet data never leaves your device. We only collect your email address for account purposes. Your pet's medical records, photos, and health data remain completely private on your phone.

We recommend: Do not include sensitive personal information in your QR card. Only include contact details you're comfortable sharing publicly.

We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but you can disable tracking in the app settings.
